What's Blind Box Rule?

Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible toy as a mystery until it is opened. Blind Box typically come in series that shows a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.
If there is a secret figure in the Blind Box, one basic figure might be replaced randomly.

When my order ship?

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Pre-Order item will be shipped within 7-15 business days.

However PLEASE NOTE, due to COVID-19 your order may be delayed. Our small team is taking extra steps to ensure safety during these times and fulfillment lead times may take up to 10 business days at this time. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 7 -15 days from the ship date to arrive.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?

There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

1. Confirm your shipping address.
2. Check mailbox and other entrances to your home.
3. Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
4. Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.
5. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to start a claim.
6. Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 24 hours.

If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven’t receive the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed "missing", we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

All missing item inquiries may be best informed us within 7 days of receipt, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 7 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.


How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email: digital@newme.cc. We will process it ASAP after we receive your message. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky, but contact us via email digital@newme.cc with the correct address, and we'll get it fixed right away!

If unfortunately, the carrier who delivers your order doesn't offer address change service, please manage to receive your order at the original shipping address or directly contact the carrier to seek assistance. If the address is totally invalid, package may be destroyed or returned to sender.


How do I return an item for a refund?

Please kindly understand that we ONLY accept returns for FAULTY or DAMAGED reasons.
